Kronospan Fast Protect Chipboard Flooring is a premium-quality 22mm P5 structural flooring board designed to provide exceptional strength, durability, and protection throughout the construction process. Manufactured with a precision-machined tongue and groove profile, it delivers secure interlocking joints and a stable flooring platform suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial applications.

What sets Fast Protect apart is its innovative dual-layer protection system, developed to safeguard flooring during construction and ensure long-term performance.

The first layer consists of a robust, waterproof, slip-resistant protective film that shields the floor from accidental spills, dirt, and site traffic. Once all trades have completed their work, the film can simply be removed to reveal a clean, protected surface underneath.

Beneath this lies a permanent moisture-resistant grey coating that provides additional protection against damp conditions while helping maintain the board's structural integrity throughout the build process. The slip-resistant surface also improves safety during installation and on-site use.

Fast Protect is independently certified with a BBA Approval, allowing boards to remain exposed to typical construction site conditions for up to 60 days when installed correctly. This provides greater flexibility during building projects while reducing the risk of moisture-related damage.

Manufactured to P5 structural grade, these flooring panels offer excellent load-bearing performance and are suitable for upper floors, renovations, extensions, and new-build developments.
