Absolutely. You can apply by picking up an application form in branch or by emailing accounts@firwoodtimber.com.
Do your prices include VAT?
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown online include VAT.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order online?
Simply browse our website, add items to your basket, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and one of our colleauges will be in touch to arrange your delivery or collection.
Can I order over the phone or in-store?
Yes, you can order by phone with our sales team or visit your nearest branch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and trade account payments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery & Collection
Do you offer delivery?
Simply browse our website, add items to your basket, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and one of our colleauges will be in touch to arrange your delivery or collection. Our delivery is kerbside only.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Where stock and logistics allow, we can offer same-day or next-day delivery. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Can I collect my order instead?
We are unable to offer an online Click & Collect service at this moment. If you wish to collect in store, please contact your local branch who will be happy to assist.
What happens if my order arrives late or damaged?
If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the problem quickly by arranging a replacement, refund, or new delivery.
What happens if my delivery is incorrect?
In the unfortunate event that your order is incorrect, please contact the branch which supplied your order, where they will do their upmost to help you. In the event that you have goods missing from your order please report this to the supplying branch within 3 working days.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

Can you supply products not listed online?
Yes, we can often source additional products through our supplier network. Just let us know what you need.

Yes, datasheets and safety information are available on request for most products.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Most stock items can be returned within 28 days if unused and in original packaging. Some exclusions apply (e.g., special orders, cut materials, perishable items).
How do I return an item?
Please contact our team for instructions. Returns can usually be made in-store or arranged to be collected.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed via your original method of payment within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.
