1. Delivery Service
1.1 We provide kerbside delivery only. Drivers will deliver goods to the kerbside of the customer’s property and will not carry items into the property or beyond the kerbside.
1.2 Customers must ensure that the kerbside is accessible and safe for delivery vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if access is unsuitable or unsafe.
1.3 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled delivery times but cannot guarantee exact times.
1.4 We shall not be held responsible for collecting or disposing of any non-chargeable packaging or pallets.
2. Age Restriction
2.1 Delivery will only be made to individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2 If asked, customers must provide valid proof of age upon request. Delivery will not be made if the recipient is unable to provide such proof.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1 Delivery charges are calculated based on location, order size, and weight.
3.2 Charges will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of order.
4. Responsibility and Risk
4.1 Once goods have been delivered to the kerbside, risk passes to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to move items to a safe location promptly.
4.2 We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of goods once they have been left at the kerbside.
5. Order Accuracy
5.1 Customers are responsible for checking that the delivered goods match the order.
5.2 Any discrepancies or damages must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in refusal of claims. In any event, our liability is limited to making up the shortfall or, at our discretion, issuing a credit note or refund at the pro rata contract rate against any invoice raised for the goods.
6. Cancellation and Changes
6.1 Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
6.2 Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Customers must ensure that delivery areas are safe and clear of obstacles.
7.2 Drivers are trained to operate within safe working practices. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where safety cannot be guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from kerbside delivery.
8.2 Liability for faulty or missing goods will be limited to replacement or refund of the affected items only.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales
9.2 Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Website Order Deliveries
10.1 Orders placed via our website are subject to the same kerbside delivery and age restrictions as in-store orders.
10.2 Customers must provide a valid delivery address and ensure the kerbside is accessible for the delivery vehicle. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery or additional charges.
10.3 Delivery dates for online orders are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, processing times, or unforeseen circumstances.
10.4 Customers will receive an email confirmation of the order. The supplying branch will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time
10.5 Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is successfully processed.
10.6 Any changes or cancellations to website orders must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Changes are subject to availability and if requested less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated.
10.7 Customers are responsible for checking delivered items against the order. Any missing or damaged goods must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution to be arranged.
