This giveaway is organised by Firwood Timber & Plywood Co. Ltd (“Firwood Timber”).

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Firwood Timber, their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. How to enter
To enter, participants must:

• Like the Firwood Timber Facebook page.
• Like the competition post.
• Comment on the competition post.

4. Opening and closing dates
The giveaway opens on 11/08/26 and closes at 23.59 on 31/08/26.
Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. The prize
One winner will receive one wheelbarrow filled with building and DIY products, as shown or described in the competition promotion.
The exact contents of the wheelbarrow may vary from those shown in promotional photographs and Firwood Timber reserves the right to substitute individual items with products of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
The draw will be carried out fairly and independently.

7. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger and/or by replying to their competition entry.
The winner will be given 7 days to respond. If the winner does not respond within this period, Firwood Timber reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize collection
The prize must be collected in person from a Firwood Timber branch.
The winner will be responsible for arranging suitable transportation and collection of the prize.
Firwood Timber will not provide delivery of the prize and no delivery costs will be reimbursed.
A suitable date and time for collection will be agreed between Firwood Timber and the winner.
The winner may be required to provide valid identification when collecting the prize.

9. Winner announcement
The winner's first name and/or Facebook name may be announced on Firwood Timber's social media channels.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the winner may be publicly identified for the purposes of announcing the result.

10. Privacy
Personal information provided by the winner will only be used for the administration of the giveaway, contacting the winner and arranging collection of the prize, in accordance with Firwood Timber's Privacy Policy.

11. General
Firwood Timber reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes does not comply with these terms and conditions or is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
Firwood Timber reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Once notified firwood timber will arrange delivery/collection of the prize.
The winner chooses to collect they will be responsible for arranging suitable transportation and collection of the prize.
Firwood Timber will not reimburse any collection or transportation costs.
A suitable delivery/collection date and time will be arranged with the winner.
The winner may be required to provide valid identification when accepting the prize.

10. Order cancellation or refund
If a winning order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise becomes invalid before the prize is claimed, Firwood Timber reserves the right to redraw the prize.
