A high-performance, fast-curing polyurethane foam adhesive that eliminates the need for traditional mortar-based adhesives. This ready-to-use formula requires no mixing, making installation cleaner, faster, and more efficient. One 600ml Genius Gun canister covers up to 9m² of plasterboard – the same area as a 20kg bag of mortar – saving both time and effort on site.

Ideal For:

• Bonding plasterboard to walls
• Dry lining and insulation boards (e.g., Rockwool, polystyrene)
• Adheres to bricks, concrete, plaster, metal, wood, MDF, stone, ceramics, and more
• Suitable for a wide range of building materials including steel, aluminium, polyurethane, laminate, cork, chipboard, and more

Application Instructions:

• Preparation: Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Ensure surfaces are clean and ventilate indoor areas. Wear protective gloves and goggles.
• Setup: Attach the can securely to the Genius Gun and adjust bead size using the flow control screw. Shake again after long pauses in use.
• Application: Hold the gun vertically. Maintain 1–2cm between the nozzle and surface. Apply 2–3 vertical adhesive beads per board depending on width.
• Placement: Press plasterboard firmly into place within 8 minutes of application. Do not reposition once applied.
• Optional: Lightly mist with water to accelerate curing in hot, dry conditions.
