A plastic equivalent to traditional plaster and render corner beads, PVC-u beads are now being used more and more, specifically in places with heavy rainfall or excessively damp conditions. This bead meets the equivalent standards required for metal bead to BS EN 13658-2:2005. Designed as an alternative to traditional steel plaster stops, this PVC is for use with both internal plaster and external render. It provides a clean, straight edge to separate plaster or mortar from other materials and can be easily fixed using nails or plaster/mortar dabs.

Made from high-density, impact-resistant PVC, this bead is a cost-effective solution compared to stainless steel, while still offering durability for both internal and external applications. The ribbed and perforated face ensures a strong key for plaster or mortar adhesion. These beads can be easily cut to size using tin snips or a hacksaw, making installation simple and efficient.
